Prada show us a sailor, Dolce&Gabbana creates a western hero, Alessandro Michele portrays a decadent hero: we are talking about men.

Milano Moda Uomo, the menswear fashion week, presented a gallery of men’s elegant portraits for next Fall2016. Elegance sounds casual, sporty or vintage. The concept of elegance is declined in several trends that resonate as mathematical laws, fixed and immutable.

A must-have is the coat: made of fur for Fendi, oversized for Bikkembergs, glicine color for Versace and with trimmings for Au Jour Le Jour.

Do not miss the cloak: various interpretations from the tribal one at Marcel Burlon, with wide neckline inspired to sailor man for Prada, embroidered or fur for Gucci.

It will be easy to feel Malcklemore or Puff Daddy, fur is a trend shown on every catwalk. Marni creates fur collar as a must-have accessory.

Leather is one of the protagonist for next Fall/Winter, rebuilt and transferred onto each piece by Philipp Plein; Dsuqared2 creates leather jackets and skirts enriched with fluo details; at Roberto Cavalli the inspiration is from ’70 for the shapes of exotic leather jackets.

As we spotted at London Collections Men one of the trends is “over”. Oversized sweaters and cardigans with multi-colorful with patterns that reminds to art deco era and invite us to playtime as seen at Vivenne Weestwood, or at Gucci.

A hero, the modern man, drifting with style.
